Headache, stiff neck and shoulder pain is often regarded as a barometer of general body-mind stress. When tension in these areas is released we experience a sense of relief, relaxation and well-being.
This 8-hour course is a wonderful opportunity to learn basic acupressure points to help relieve stress and enhance relaxation for yourself, family and friends.
Participants will also learn deep breathing techniques as well as 8 Simple Qi Gong Movements.
The course will be offered 2 hours per week for 4 weeks. Students are encouraged to practice outside of class what they have learned.
You will receive a workbook and individual attention during the classes to address your specific areas of concern.
Classes are held in Landenberg, PA and Media, PA. They are also taught at Liberty Yoga in Newark, DE.
