Head, Neck and Shoulder Release Class
Headache, stiff neck and shoulder pain is often regarded as a barometer of general body-mind stress. When tension in these areas is released we experience a sense of relief, relaxation and well-being.
This 8-hour course is a wonderful opportunity to learn basic acupressure points to help relieve stress and enhance relaxation for yourself, family and friends.
Participants will also learn deep breathing techniques as well as 8 Simple Qi Gong Movements.
During the 4 weeks, Students are encouraged to practice outside of class what they have learned.
